Refund policy
Shopping for a new sex toy can be quite a hassle. We advice you to read the subscription closely and to contact us at bebold@boldhumans.be in case you have any questions.
1. Returns (not applicable for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt)
If you are not statisfied with your order upon receipt, you can return it within 14 days after receivement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. In this case, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs.
Most items can only be returned in the original sealed packaging. Because of health and hygienic reason the seal of these items must be completely intact.
Items that can be returned unused in the same condition as you received it but without the packaging sealed are: tote bags, collars, chest binders, briefs, cuffs, floggers, paddles, strap-on harnesses, body harnesses, prosthesis harnesses, restraint systems, spreader bars, socks and t-shirts.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We would highly recommend to send an e-mail at bebold@boldhumans.be before returning the package to make sure your order can be refunded.

3. Items that are damaged or defective upon receipt
If your purchase is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will grant an exchange for the same exact product up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If for some reason we are sold out of the specific item, store credit for the amount paid will be issued.
In this case we are responsible for paying shipping costs.
We would highly recommend to send an e-mail at bebold@boldhumans.be before returning the package to make sure your order can be exchanged.

4. Warranty
If your toy inexplicably stops working at any other point, check to see if your toy has a manufacturer’s warranty. If there is a manufacturer’s warranty, we do our best to list that in the specs/tags on the the product page. If your toy is covered, contact the manufacturer directly. If you need help getting connected, hit us up, we will do whatever we can to help you.
5. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
6. Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except when an item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
