Shipping policy
Free shipping on orders over €50 in Benelux, over €100 to other European countries
Orders to
- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg; less than €50: €5,55
- Other European countries; less than €100: €14
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Europe because we strongly believe we can make the world a tiny bit better by shopping local. If you are visiting from a country outside of Europe, you are welcome to e-mail us to get some advice on similar webshops closer to you. ;)
Expected delivery time:
We ship all orders within 5 business days after placing your order. Depending on the country where you live, you can count on the following delivery times:
Belgium: within 5 business days after shipment
Europe: on average, the delivery of a package to The Netherlands, France or Germany takes 2 to 5 working days from the moment of shipment. All other countries within Europe can usually count on a delivery within 5 to 8 working days.

Orders are packed in sustainable and/or recycled yet plain materials. They do not have 'Bold Humans' or any other adult company name visible.
Safe shipping
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. After your order is dispatched, you will be provided with tracking information.

Lost or stolen packages
Bold Humans is not liable for lost, or stolen packages. That said, please let me know if you don’t receive your package, and we will do everything in our power to help you track it down!
