Choose your size from the size chart. Never size down for more compression.
Wear it for 8 hours a day at most, and take days off when you can.
Never sleep in a binder, and don't exercise in it unless it's made for sport.
Take it off straight away if you feel pain, shortness of breath or skin irritation.
Put it on and take it off like a T-shirt turned inside out, or step into it from below.

Cleaning: Hand wash cold with a mild detergent and dry flat. No tumble dryer. With two binders you can rotate while one dries.

Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent, unless the label says machine wash is fine.
No bleach, no fabric softener and no tumble dryer.
Dry flat to keep the shape and the stretch.
Check straps, seams, velcro and buckles before every use.
