The faux leather wipes clean quick and the straps can be removed and washed separately. The inside of the harness has a soft fabric lining for your comfort. Other features are:

Check that the O-ring fits the base of your dildo.
Put the harness on first, then push the dildo through the O-ring from the inside.
Adjust the straps so it sits snug but comfortable. A loose harness gives you less control.
Use plenty of lube on the dildo and start slowly.

Cleaning: Clean the harness according to its material and wash the dildo separately.
